China was and still is in the top world superpowers.And Japan is the mother of ancient technology ... 
If these forces would unite for evil purposes? Then everyone would fight against them.
But if they do it in secret? ...

Russia government

Roman Empire, with a superior strategy, fearless leaders and cutting-edge innovations, conquered much of world.It could won battles even outnumbered.Means that 100 Romanian soldiers could defeat 1000 enemies.
Russia wanted to do the same,but this time they no longer fight with archers and horsemen with swords.They used guns, tanks, planes ... Same like enemies.So,to win they need new strength and new technologies.

At first,they secretly allied with China and Japan and began to develop weapons and new strategies.So,they conquered parts of Asia and Europe.

It was not enough, they wanted more ... the whole planet.

That's how RED PROJECT started...

Romania was part of the project

In the communist era, was built Palace of Parliament in Bucharest.

But why really it should be the second largest in the world?

Why really  much better fortified as a bunker?

Why there were housed supplies in huge quantities?

Why they brought there important cultural objects?

And that's not all.

Ceusescu began construction of a tunnel under the palace.Some peoples says that reaches Timisoara,another city 500 km away.Others says that in goes in the mountains Carpati.But  nobody knows whether it was finished.

Clearly, the building had a purpose ....

Important revelations talk about a perfect synchronization of small nuclear discharges on enemy territory

-first,they wanted to destroy agriculture with pests created artificiall. population would die of hunger

-Then they wanted to sabotage electric plants to leave entire settlements in darkness

-They wanted to infest the Mediterranean Sea with a virus designed to be  undetectable and to get ill all living organisms

-They were going to detonate small nuclear warheads located in major cities around the world

-And when the situation aggravates,they wanted to send bombs designed to penetrate the ocean faults, causing earthquakes and giant waves that were going to sweep parts of continents

Everything had to happen in same time
